Health and Safety

 The DJ will adhere to all rules and regulations of the HSE EAW Act 1989, to which The Client must also adhere to the above and adhere. Subject to failure to conform to the above act The DJ cannot take any further part of the event and the full amount of the event has to be paid.

6.2 - In the event of the fire, flooding, public disturbance, terrorist activity or any other threat to the public, The DJ will not be responsible to help in any way or evacuate any venue or building where he is present and/or working within, unless the fire regulations for the venue specify otherwise. This would usually incur a vocal announcement.

 

HOXTON-ENTERTAINMENT are cover with public and employee liabilities insurance.

 

UNDERWRITING

Most of our parties, events, maintenance, concierge, DJ or security that we organize under £1,800 will be funded by us or by our credit card and after the customer satisfaction we take the payment, also our supplies like the party, equipment, will be delivered first before payment taken.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between You and Us relating to the provision of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and undertakings between You and Us relating to the Services and/or Hoxton-entertainment and You agree that You have not relied upon and You will have no remedy in respect of any untrue representation innocently or negligently made by or on behalf of Us other than as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

Hoxton-entertainment reserves the right to refuse an application or cancel a booking for reasons that our out of our control (e.g. unforeseen facility closures). Hoxton-entertainment will not incur any liability from refusal or cancellation. Any payment made by the hirer will be refunded in full.

 

Payment Processing-Hoxton-entertainment uses face to face terminal, a proof of id will be needed before payment can be taken to deliveries or services to identified the real owner of the payment card. 

You can pay to register for an event by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro.

Your successful registration for an event will be confirmed by email ("Order Confirmation") when Your card is charged. If Your card issuer refuses the transaction for any reason (for example, in the event that You have insufficient credit for the transaction or use of the card has been blocked), it will not be possible to complete the registration and We will notify You that Your registration for an event could not be completed.

DISPUTES

The parties will act in good faith to try to resolve any dispute that may arise in relation to the Services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and the Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England in the English language. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Proof of Delivery

we require two types of evidence for protection eligibility. A digital or physical proof that the item was sent by the seller, and proof that the item was delivered by the delivery company.

Refunds

If an order doesn’t arrive or match the description, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases and paid delivery costs. But however if the consent or agreement or delivery form is signed by the customer which mean he or she is happy with the delivery and the services provided by our company is not refundable,..

 

Our customers may also pay on our website after delivery or services with there satisfaction we give our clients the benefit of the doubt.
